Accessibility
This website should work for everyone.
Saena exists to make research more inclusive — and that starts with this website. We want every person, regardless of ability, device, or language, to be able to read what we do and get in touch with us.
We are committed to keeping this site accessible as it grows.
What we've built in
- With your keyboard, you can jump straight to the content.
- Every part of the site can be reached and operated with the keyboard alone.
- When you tab through the page, your current position is clearly marked.
- Text and background colours meet contrast requirements.
- Images carry text descriptions for screen readers.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are switched off.
- The site is available in English, German and French.
How we check
We test the site against the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, level AA) — with automated tools and manual review, in all languages, and at phone, tablet, and desktop sizes. Accessibility is part of our regular review, not a one-off check.
Known limitations
No website is perfect. Some content we link to — such as studies, partner websites, or PDF documents — is outside our control and may not be fully accessible. If something on this site doesn't work for you, please tell us so we can fix it.
Tell us what doesn't work
If you run into a barrier — on this site or in the product — write to us at contact@wearesaena.ch. We read every message and aim to reply within a few days.
